Pricing
Because our stock is constantly changing, all items are priced individually on the website listings so refer to each listing for specific information.
Delivery charges may also vary depending on the mirror size and/or delivery address. If the delivery address is Ireland, Scotland, or off-shore please contact us for a specific delivery quote as we deliver less frequently to these areas and incur more costs.
Delivery
All our mirrors are delivered by a specialist carrier who provides full damage-in-transit insurance. The carrier travels in turn to each part of the country during the course of a month so delivery can take up to 28 days (after cleared payment) but is usually 10 – 21 days.
We will email you and telephone you well in advance to agree a delivery day and a two-hour time slot when the carrier expects to arrive. You, or your representative, must be available to take delivery and we will need a contact telephone number for that person.
Goods cannot be left without being checked and signed for – in the event of a failed delivery through no fault of Le Huge, another date will be scheduled and an additional delivery charge made.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check vehicle and building access and inform Le Huge of any likely problems i.e. no parking zones, unloading restrictions, no space to park lorry, small doors, stairways, low ceilings, tight stairwells etc
Accepting your Delivery
On delivery, you must check the item for damage. Please ensure you, or your representative, thoroughly check your item(s) for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted and signed for no responsibility can be taken by Le Huge for any loss or damage whatsoever.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery - the carrier is under instruction to take the item(s) away. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement at no additional cost to yourself.
Collection by customer
Unfortunately we do not offer a self-collection service - all our mirrors are delivered.
Cancellation of order
Customers can cancel their order at any time for a full refund up until the point that item(s) are dispatched – once items are dispatched the delivery charge cannot be refunded.
Returns and refunds
After accepting delivery, if the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval for any reason whatsoever, please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make a full refund (excluding the original delivery costs and the return shipping costs). Please return the item(s) unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Alternatively, a FREE return service is offered by simply rejecting the item(s) at the point of delivery for any reason whatsoever. The outward courier charges are not refundable.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is kept only for the purposes of selling and delivering items. Once items are successfully dispatched and received all private information is destroyed. In particular, Le Huge does not store financial details and does not share information with third parties
